Hidayah Amin’s The Mango Tree book was shortlisted for the Singapore Literature Prize 2014, The Straits Times, 17 October 2014. The Mango Tree was the only children’s picture book to be shortlisted in the English, non-fiction category.
Hidayah Amin graced the cover of Aquila Style Magazine (Heritage Issue), September 2014. She was also interviewed about her efforts in preserving the Malay Culture.
