Archipelago Consultancy is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate against gender, ethnicity, religion, physical disabilities and age. We believe in the abilities of people. We hope you will believe in us too.
Firstly, the consultancy is set up in the Malay Archipelago in Southeast Asia.
Secondly, the word means a group, cluster or chain of scattered islands. We are all unique individuals of diverse strengths and personalities; just like the vast islands of fascinating histories, together they form a larger entity that is the archipelago.
Archipelago Consultancy is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals from various fields of speciality who work together for the betterment of the global community.
The intricacies of the flower symbolise diverse people and heritage in countries around the world. The top petal, a sanggul (traditional Malay hair pin), reflects the origin of the company which is in the Malay Archipelago or Nusantara.
The four petals symbolise the four cardinal points and the focus of the company – Research, Heritage, Education and Creativity.
The dotted lines are arrows charting our choices and direction in life.
The arrow at the top symbolises kayangan (in Javanese shadow puppet tradition refers to the heaven), a reflection of our constant strive to achieve excellence in every endeavour.

Through the sharing session, we hoped the beneficiaries would be inspired to proactively shape their lives so that they can succeed in what they want to do and not be held back by pre-existing burdens or fears
